Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Frequency Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Our core principle is simple: we do not save any user data on our servers - everything stays locally on your device.
1. Local-First, Zero Server Storage
We do not save any user data whatsoever on our servers. All app activity - favorites, sessions, breath presets, custom programs, VoXscan recordings, journaling, and progress - lives locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us, sold, profiled, or mined.
The only information that ever leaves your device is what is strictly required to operate the app: your purchase receipt (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play), and, if you choose to email us, the message you send. We do not run server-side accounts, profiles, or analytics that track individuals.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Because data stays on your device, it is used only by the app itself, on your device, to provide the Service to you. We cannot read it, export it, or share it - we never receive it.
3. Legal Bases (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, the limited processing that does occur (billing via the app stores, email correspondence you initiate) is carried out under performance of a contract, your consent, or our legitimate interests in operating the Service.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The Apple App Store and Google Play handle all subscriptions and receive purchase information directly from you under their own privacy terms - not from us. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
Because we do not store user data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To remove app data, uninstall the app or use the in-app reset option; your device is the source of truth.
6. Your Rights
You retain full rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection). Because we do not hold your personal data, most requests are satisfied directly on your device. For any other questions, contact info@epemf.app.
7. Security
Keeping data on-device is itself our strongest security measure - there is no server-side database for an attacker to breach. You remain responsible for the physical security of your device and your app store account.
8. International Transfers
We do not transfer user data internationally because we do not collect it server-side. Apple and Google manage any cross-border processing related to your subscription under their own frameworks.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
