Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, cancellations and refunds work for Frequency Healing.

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial applies to any subscription plan regardless of platform. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically at the listed price.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. To cancel, manage your subscription through the app store you purchased from (Apple App Store, Google Play) or through your account on the web app.

Refunds

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of those platforms; refund requests for those purchases must be submitted directly to the relevant store. For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the Service has not been used substantially. EU/UK consumers retain any statutory withdrawal rights.

Charges from Apple or Google

We did not charge you directly. The charge occurred because the subscription was not canceled through your Apple or Android account settings. All billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

You can request a refund directly through Apple or Google / Android billing support. Please let us know which platform you are using, and we will gladly send you the steps on how to request your refund.

How to Request a Refund

We cannot issue refunds. All subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds can only be granted by the platform you purchased through. Please submit your refund request directly to Apple or Google.
