Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026. These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) form a binding agreement between you and Frequency Healing governing your use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (the \u201cService\u201d). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium features are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases made through Apple or Google are governed by the applicable app store terms; cancellations and refunds for those purchases must be requested through the relevant store.
4. Free Trials
A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the recurring subscription fee.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, interfering with security features, or using the Service to harm others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, frequencies, programs, audio, and trademarks made available through the Service are owned by Frequency Healing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain full ownership of any content you create in the app (voice recordings, favorites, custom programs, notes). Because the Service stores this content locally on your device and not on our servers, we do not host, process or transmit it, and we receive no license over it.
8. No Medical Advice
The Service is for wellness, educational, and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frequency Healing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frequency Healing is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
